Quiet. Stillness.
A soft breeze.
The gentle pause
before the day begins.
Beauty all around.
Calm and Peaceful.

Setting boundaries to maintain the calm of the day is important. It can only be disrupted if it's allowed. Although some things can't be avoided. My focus remains on the beauty that surrounds me... on love, on God.
